CIP thrives on good ideas
Three employees honored for their special commitment
Continuous improvement begins in everyday life
As part of the continuous improvement process (CIP), three employees were recognized for their practical and effective contributions. Their ideas show how important personal initiative, thinking and commitment are for the further development of the company.
Continuous improvement is not a one-off project, but an integral part of the corporate culture. The aim of CIP is to optimize processes, ensure quality and develop processes sustainably through concrete, implementable ideas from everyday work.
Three employees honored for special commitment
- Jérôme Lötscher introduced the idea for a CI-compliant Microsoft Teams background image. This initiative ensured a uniform and professional appearance in digital meetings – a small detail with a big impact on the external image.
- Gerardo Curcio drew up detailed order specifications for train cable reels. These more precise specifications create more clarity in the project process, increase the quality of implementation and contribute to more efficient processing.
- James Morga developed a QR code-based video guide for the PowerSafe Box. The result is a user-friendly, contemporary solution that offers customers simple and direct support.
The award-winning contributions illustrate how valuable practical improvements are for everyday working life. Every idea, regardless of its size, can make a noticeable difference.
A big thank you to all employees who are actively involved in the continuous improvement process and thus contribute to our joint further development.
