Compact specialised distribution unit for flexible laboratory workstations

A compact, specialised distribution unit was developed for labor team ag, to which machines and laboratory equipment can be connected easily and flexibly. The requirements were twelve 230 V connections as well as additional space reserved for IT connections.
As the distribution unit was to be mounted at the front, underneath the tabletop, it had to be implemented in a way that took up as little space as possible. The specialised design, with its large width and low height, allows for optimal integration directly at the laboratory workstation.
The custom-developed solution has proven its worth in daily use and has now become standard at labor team ag. It is used whenever machines are moved or new laboratory lines are set up. Since 2020, a total of twelve of these specialised distribution units have been delivered to the customer.
